This section will be products I use with success, modalities I try, recipes. I don't know, just wellness things. Might be tracking my eating. We'll see.

Smoothie of the day:
Green concoction

2 giant handfuls of spinach
1 apple
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 avocado
1 cup strawberry and blueberry mix (frozen)
1/2 cup almond milk
2 scoops of matcha collagen mix
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar

Throw it all in my VitaMix and blend. Usually makes around 2 20oz smoothies. Looks unappetizing, but tastes pretty decent. I only recently started adding the monk fruit sugar, so I'm still playing around with the amount that I like. My measurements also aren't super accurate as I just grab handfuls of spinach or splash the almond milk in until it seems like enough, and I just dump the frozen fruit in. So adjust measurements to your flavor preferences, but I think the above are pretty good rough estimates of how much I'm using.
